WA- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH.61274846)

Welcome, and thank you for considering me as a possible support! I know that finding a therapist who could be the right fit can feel overwhelming and is not an easy decision to make. I hope this page gives you a little insight as to who I am in and out of the therapy room.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy baking and experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with my dog Luna, and finding restaurants to try . My favorite place to relax and unwind is the beach (love the PNW beaches). Something about being able to quickly go to the coast and slow down is something I never get tired of.

For me, having time to enjoy the little things I love is an important part of feeling balanced and cared for. Take a look around, and I hope you find something here that feels like a good fit for you or your family.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can heal and grow. I have extensive experience supporting clients through a range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and sexual abuse. I believe in the power of collaboration and I’m committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and goals.

I take a client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support my clients. These include play-based strategies, sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Education & Training

I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Portland State University.

I have experience working with children and families in a variety of settings such as school-based environments and community mental health. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients with diverse backgrounds, unique life experiences, and a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.

In addition to my clinical work, I am committed to my education and regularly participate in professional development to stay up to date with the latest research and therapeutic practices. I believe that ongoing learning is key to providing the best care possible and empowering my clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
