Services
Individual Therapy
Individual counseling is available for children (age 5+), teens and young adults. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, navigate life’s challenges, build healthy coping skills and strengthen confidence. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful goals at a pace that feels right for you or your child.
Family Therapy
When one family member is struggling, the whole family can feel the impact. In family counseling I strive to create a safe space to strengthen communication, deepen understanding and work together towards healthier relationships. We’ll focus on practical tools that help families feel more connected, supported and confident in navigating challenges together.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching sessions provide a space to better understand your child’s emotional and behavioral needs while learning practical skills to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Whether you’re parenting a young child or a teenager, my goal is to provide a compassionate guidance tailored to your family’s needs. (NOTE: Parent coaching is offered as a private-pay service and is not billed to insurance.)
Crisis Services
I do not provide crisis services. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency dial 911, contact a 24 hour crisis line or proceed to the nearest hospital or emergency room.
