Mental Health Care Should Be Accessible

I believe cost shouldn’t be the reason someone has to go without support. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients experiencing financial barriers to care. If finances are a concern, please reach out and ask about current availability.

If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it for your care, you have the right to receive a written estimate of expected charges. You can request one before scheduling. I also provide one when required after you schedule.

  • I currently accept the following insurances plans:

    • Aetna

    • BCBS (pending)

    • Moda (pending)

    • PacificSource (effective 11/1/26)

  • Choosing to pay privately offers greater flexibility, privacy, and control over your mental health care. Unlike insurance, private pay allows treatment to be guided by your unique needs rather than limitations set by your insurance plan. This means we can determine the pace, focus, and length of therapy together without requiring a mental health diagnosis or sharing personal health information with your insurance company.

    90 minute Initial Intake: $220

    50-55 minute Individual Session: $170

    50-55 minute Family Session: $200

    50-55 minute Parent Coaching: $170

  • If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with 24 hours or more notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

    Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $110 late cancellation fee.

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time without prior communication may be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may be charged the full session fee.

  • Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Checks
